Onsite Option
Office ergonomic assessments are offered in-person at the employee’s workstation. These assessments, like those in all other industries, will work with the employee to mitigate ergonomic risk factors and design mismatches in the work environment. The employee will be involved with implementing the immediate modifications and recommendations tailored to meet their needs.
Virtual Option
As the working office setting has evolved into work from home and hybrid environments, virtual office ergonomic assessments are offered.
This will require the employee complete pre-assessment tasks to prepare for the virtual assessment. These pre-assessment tasks will be specific to the employee’s needs, concerns and challenges to maintain the person-centered approach.
